[doc] Injector Cleaner

Hi everyone, 

My DeLorean will be back on the road soon ready for some spring motoring. I am considering adding a little injector cleaner to a full tank of fuel so that the injectors get a bit of a clean out ready for the summer months. Has anyone else done this? Is it worthwhile? Or should I just go for a spirited drive instead to blast the cobwebs out?
