i would say £10000 for a non-running car is way,way over.
should be more like £5000-6000 as the interior will need lots of 
work to get back to anything like normal.
depends if the red will colour back to grey or black.

the engine condition is unknown (unless he has done some work) as in 
the last ebay ad it did not run.

you could offer £7000 ish and ask Martin to inspect and deduct any 
repairs to get to MOT standard from this to pay the seller!!!
Then see how much the seller flaps.
