If its a 4 seater convertible your after have you thought about the
Peugeot 307cc or the Volvo whatever it is.

I wouldn't buy a BMW either.  Jap cars are the way to go 250bhp out of
the box from a 2litre 15yo car but lacking in the 4 seat convertible
area.
