Just a quick message to publicly thank Rich Hutchinson for some work he recently carried out on my car. 

My rheostat recently burned out and was not functioning so Rich offered to take a look at it for me. He then went away and engineered a solution to fix this device which is notoriously tricky to mend. 

The rheostat arrived in the post yesterday and I fitted it to my car immediately. The result: it still looks totally stock (except for two new fixings on the underside which are hidden) and best of all, the operation of the switch feels just like it did before!!

All in all, a good-as-new fix from a top bloke who really knows his stuff! Rich is a real asset to the club and I for one am very glad that he was appointed technical assistant at the recent AGM at the NEC. He also makes a pretty mean LED ;-)
