Before panicing, check your oil pressure switch. Left side, follow the
wire down behind the ac pulleys. These buggers are always leaking and it
gets all over the place from there and can look like anything from a
rear main to a sump gasket.

If you need a block, I have a couple of spare 2.8 blocks - bought
precisely for the day when someone needs one! If you were to pay me to
do it, I'd rebuild -your- engine into the donor block.
