  Mine has done the same so don't worry. I would replace the fuse with an inline fuse and crimp connectors so that you don't melt the rest of the fuse box.

  I will re-do yours for you as you don't work far from where I work, I'd rather do this than see a melted car !

  I will be putting a new fuse box on mine soon.....(where have I heard this before??)
