[doc] MELTING FUSES

Heyup gang.
Has anyone had a melting 20Amp fuse from the Dip Beam circuit that has wrecked their fuse board, after fitting rear cluster LED's?     I know that doesnt sound as if its the cause, but its strange that after a year of constant use, ive had no problems., then the fuseboard has a nuclear meltdown the day after fitting my LED's.  
Ive put a new fuse in what is left of the holder, and it hasnt blown, and all my lights work fine!!!
Any ideas peeps
