RE: [doc] glass glue/ basildon.

Dear Simon Says...it would be nice if you could sign your email so we no
who we are talking to.and better still I can chase you up and sign you
up if your not a club member.

I was talking to two Owner non-members last night.one of whom singed up,
I'm glad to say.

Regarding The Basildon event, it was a brilliant night, thanks for
organising it Kevin.  From my point of view it was a very long tiring
day.  Getting the car ready for the last couple of days, trying to
finalise my "phantom passenger", and driving for over 4 hours through
very heavy traffic to get there. Then the TV stuff, interviews  etc. on
arrival,  then  manoeuvring the car through  4 tiny gaps, with less than
an inch on each side!  And meeting and talking to so many members.

I was falling asleep during the end of BTTF 2.  I finally left half way
through BTTF 3.   My Hotel booking had disappeared into the "interwed",
but they managed to fix me up anyway. After 4 hours sleep I set off
through the long lines of lorries (you just have to get used to cars
coming along side and taking flash photo's in the dark at 70mph)!   I
was back at work for 07.30 this morning.

I have a busy day booked for today and tomorrow, then just time to
re-charge my batteries before the NEC next week.

Again, a big thanks to all those of you who made the effort to attend.
25 cars in one place is a new English record.

Best regards
Chris Parnham
