Hi Tony.

You will need the following

C&E 386 (which you've got)
MOT Certificate
Certificate of Motor Insurance (you can insure the car on the VIN number
until DVLA give you a reg number)
USA Title Documents
Form V55/5 (available from DVLA)
Cheque for Road tax plus £38 First registration Fee

Err, I think that's about it.

You can always ring DVLA's robotic phone system or check their website for
more info.
