[doc] registering vehicle

hello all, my car has finally passed the mot, but im unsure about exactly  
what i need to register it. what im not sure about is the customs and excise  
form they require. I have 2 forms, the bti and importer acquirer details. i do  
have all the other guff as well i.e. title. Any help would be appreciated.
