[doc] Engine OIL and Auto Transmission OIL

Can anyone advise me on whether I should use Semi-Synthetic Engine Oil (With the engine being older) or
 stick with Multi-Grade after I flush the engine and replace the filter?
Also, how often does the Automatic Transmission Oil need to be changed, and what is the best stuff to use?
