[doc] Harpenden Show - Barbeques banned?

Hi All,
 
Our passes for 'Classics on the Common' at Harpenden arrived today, and
on there was a note about a local council bylaw forbidding barbeques on
the Common.
 
We've had bbq's for the last 4yrs without problem (as have several
hundred other people) - do we plead ignorance or take sandwiches this
year?
 
It would be a shame not to have a bbq, Rich J is a sausage and burger
god! ;o)
