It looks like it 'just' needs a front fasica plus the trimmings and a
new engine louvre, but they are things that could be bought in USA and
shipped over with car to save on postage and import taxes.

I would suggest that if you are interested in the car, try and get some
'clean' pictures of it including engine bay and frame (especially front
frame) and go from there.  You might find its not as bad as it looks.

with a very 'optimistic'price. im not an expert on stainless steel but
