A pal of mine bought a non-runner that had been stored for 12
years. We had it running with two weekends work. 
His is ongoing restoration but the car was alot cheaper.
 
 With this car £10500 aprox may be a little high but
you could have a good car there. Just factor in that 
you will have to replace/clean out all of the fuel
system for sure if its been stored for a long time.
I am not sure how the auto box reacts to storage, sure
someone else will know.
