[doc] Load Resistor for LED indicators

Dear all,

I am currently in the process of changing a lot of
filament bulbs to LEDs and I would like the indicator
bulbs done as well. As Nick T reminded me, someone on
this newsgroup did this by adding a load resistor
across the flasher unit...

Can whoever did this let me know what Wattage or
resistance of load resistor did he/she used? And are
there any photos showing how the connection is done?
(I don't even know how a flasher unit on a D looks
like... :P)
