[doc] Fag lighter!

Dear Tracy, ( sorry to send this via the group only I seem to have lost
your email address) 

I now find I have three original fag lighters!  So if you want one, I
can definitely spare one.  I think I paid a tenna for my last one. You
can have for that if you like.
