[doc] Procedure for replacing valve cover gaskets

What's the correct procedure when replacing the valve cover gaskets?

Surface must be clean, yes? Get rid of all the remains of the old 
gaskets. Tips???

Do you apply any "stuff" to the new gaskets before putting them on? 
If so what? and do you apply the "stuff" to both sides of the gaskets?

And tightening specs for the valve cover bolts are?

A detailed description from you any of you guys would be nice.

PS! James - I'm still interested in the Euro-surround. I think you 
will find that Martin's comments are correct - the long license 
plates are pretty much the same size, I would think they are common 
EU standard.
