[doc] Re: BTI's from 2006

I was flicking through one of the Classics Mags at a service station 
yesterday (sorry can't remember which one) and they had a small piece 
onthese BTI changes, In that they said that this age limit was being 
increased to 30 years from 25.  Can enyone verify this?
