But we have now sold Tam's MGF which was the worst car I have
ever had to work on. It had a higher swear rating than my D'.
(when the head gasket went on my D' It got me home, when it
went on the F'..call the RAC)

 I had a classic comment made to me yesterday. I went to my local
Volvo dealer in search of a Idle motor hose. (hose is unavalable)
Comment "Oh its(engine) the wrong way round". 
 Did you have to do the head gasket in the end or was oil from
the gearbox being thrown on the exhaust?
