I must admit I am thinking along the same lines......You are right , it
would not add any significant value to the car, and would not be too easy to
sell in the future, as a separate number.........now that "Springy
Dustfield" in dead...(you younger guys will probably not get that one)!

Besides, I'm ready for another car!

dont buy it !!!
ive got a 235 DMC reg. plate on my car ,it cost 1k , midlands reg value it
at 3k- but a DMC plate on a DMC car i think it makes it a far better
selling point. dusty to you would be special and people in the club its
special
but a would be buyer or passing motorist would have no idea on its name and
significance.
so if you wish to keep your dusty buy the plate
if you wish to sell dont
