Phil,

You can buy them ( for the rear) Dave Howarth had some, but they were very
expensive..., I bought one foe Dusty a few years back, I think it was about
£200 but cant be sure...ask Dave...a second hand one may be possible.

In our local newspaper last night, it stated that people with American cars
can now use "American" size number plates in the UK ..to save having to
alter the car too much...this is a new concession...might be worth checking
out.
