After looking at the pictures again.
 
It can't be a RHD, even if the picture has  somehow been printed
backwards, you can't end up with the vin plate on the same side as the
steering wheel on a RHD because non of the vin plates ever moved from
their original place,  on the LHS, as this one is.

I was just thinking that.. For a right hand drive, the steering wheel is
in the wrong place. Unless you have to drive it unconventionally.....
