[doc] burnt out car

There is a "fire bombed car" for sale in Northern Ireland, it needs
complete restoration, some of our members have already looked at it and
"walked away".  It is cheap, only 4k, but......years of work and money
before it would be sorted. Contact me for details, no dreamers please.
