[doc] Clutch Replacement Tools

All,
 
Before attempting a clutch replacement I want to be prepared.
 
Of course the manual gives no details of the of the clutch alignment
tool. Can anyone give me the dimensions so I can make one?
 
Also the manual recommends replacing the flywheel to crankshaft bolts
after removal (which I will be doing) what are they? M8, M10? And what
length?
