Hi Tracey,
Does the Mode switch (the one in that controls the air flow
direction) make a hissing noise when you turn it?
The D uses vacuum to move flaps inside the heater box.
If this switch goes wrong the flaps don't move and you get
no airflow even with the fan running.
If this ok. and you get airflow but it does not increase when
you switch the fan on, then it could be the fan motor. They have been
known to fail and run in reverse!
DMUK stock the motor and Houston have the mode switch.
