What are you on about?  Of course you can get the club discount when buying them online.  Read the small print and you'll see it says "Club Members Click Here".
 
That's what I've done so it must work.

Phone 0870 730 0196 press 1 and wait for an operator.  The price drops from
£12 to £9.50 if you can quote you club member number and there is a 50p
charge for telephone bookings.  I have my tickets waiting at the NEC so that
I am not at the mercy of delayed post.
