[doc] Rear number plate surround

Just a quick update to anyone who may be interested. The pattern for the new rear number plate surround has been completed, and I am having a test casting produced at the begining of next week. It won't be properly finished, but I will bring it along to the show so that people can have a scratch'n'sniff. Am I right in thinking that most people are popping along on Sunday? James RG
