        Cant say ive had that problem at all.. i know with all car covers you
        have to make sure the car is dry before you cover it up. i suppose
        the elastic corners and the 'pockets' they could make under the car
        is the place any water 'would' collect but as the fabric is
        breathable you dont get any moisture trapped on the body panel /
        window areas.
       
        Im using a heat / cool humidifier in my garage as well which
        obviously makes a difference to the moisture level in the air
        especially the humidity level it has been over the last few weeks.
