Hi Chris

The stock servo setup is only helpful because it assists in the movement
of the pedal. It's wierd right-hand-drive setups that need the engine
running <grin>

(Chris and I had a conversation on this subject not long ago because the
twin remote servo setups on a small number of the right-handers is a
real sod to successfully bleed!)
