tan (toe angle per wheel) = toe value per wheel / radius of wheel rim
 
+ve toe is when wheel angles into body when looking from above (plan view).
 
tan is tangent. Blow the dust of your maths books....

degrees is universal, whereas millimetres is unique to the wheel and 
tyre in question. The manual gives the measurements in mm
