[doc] Tracking - in millimetres?

All,

I've just took 1274 to have the tracking done.

When I told the chap the angle: 0.5 degrees toe in +0 -10minutes (as per
manual - is this right?) the response came back, can you give me that in
millimetres?

It would appear his kit doesn't use angles. Can anyone translate the
tracking to mm for me? I'm running standard suspension (ie NOT lowered,
yet) 

What should it be when I do get round to changing the springs?
