[doc] Tachometer

All.

Dave Howarth has come to my rescue again, on Sunday he diagnosed and
replaced my lower speedo cable for me. Now 'Boeing' shows how fast
I'm going and my mileage is steadily increasing.

It seems that I am not destined to get a fully functional incstrument
cluster for long, see my previous posts on temp gauge etc :-(

As I arrived home my tachometer/rev-counter suddenly fell to zero and
hasn't moved since. All other instruments/lights on the cluster are
fine, and there were no obvious running problems (will have to wait
until the weekend for another test drive).

In the meantime I am assuming I have another electrical problem, any
advice where I should be testing for voltage. RPM relay?

I suppose it could be a dislodged cable under the cluster but the
cables are tied well out of the way of the work done....
