difficult to re-visit the events of say 1979-82 and not come up with a load
of negative stuff, they are the facts, it cost the British Taxpayer 80 odd

on its last legs. Its difficult to make much of that sound positive.

That's not to say I don't admire his tenacity and commitment in getting the
whole show on the road, because I do. I just think he took his eye off the
ball. At the end of the day a company has to sell its products, pay its
bills and make money, to keep going.

20 odd years later, we all end up with a unique motor car (to own or admire)
that is reliable, cheap to run and comparatively affordable, and it was a
film star! That's the cars history (and its baggage).

In years to come, I predict there will be more cars in the UK than the US.
There is about one car a week being re-imported back into the UK. I know
of 2 deals agreed this very evening!

We are getting our very special cars back, and I couldn't be happier.

And I'm looking forward to the BBC film. You know what they say, "all
publicity is good publicity"

I'm not surprised at these comments.
Chris, how much input did you have into this show? I don't see the
point in yet another UK DeLorean bashing documentary, where the facts
are ignored, and other "facts" are invented. Hopefully with your
input Chris this will be a positive view of the car?
