[DML] Re: Louvre and Engine Cover

My rear louvre had a chunk missing at the left rear corner and I was able to build up a patch in place that is virtually indistiguishable from the other, original side. I did this by clamping a piece of 1/4 inch glass to the smooth side of the louvre and building up the patch from the back side (on the bench, upside down). Mine also rubbed at the T-panel, which can be patched and then adjust the position slightly (two people required) so that it does not continue.

Where are the "small cracks"? Are they in a structural location? Almost any issue with fibelglass can be fixed, but it would be good to know the cause of the problem.
