I haven't seen every repro copy ever put out, but I have noticed that those specs are often missing from repro copies. I've also noticed discrepancies from one section of the original (and repro) manuals to the next. So it's good that you're asking. Not an item you want to snap off. I haven't done that job, but I'm guessing a good soaking with PB Blaster and an overnight sit couldn't hurt before you get the tools out.

I have an original manual and it was at the beginning with all the torque specs.
I'm not at home right now but I will scan them and send them to you if you want
