As I mentioned, the award was created by DMA officers to honor a person who
was taken from us to early.
You started this thread intentionally knowing the answer to your question.
As I have already stated, I did not personally know Charles, nor was I
active in the DMA when the award was created, but I personally feel that
for you to continue to use Charles' name to further your personal
agendas/views/insecurity is quite inappropriate and disrespectful.
