I must chime in and say this carbureted Delorean is not mine. I have
had zero fuel pump problems since I ran a direct ground connection
from my battery to my fuel pump. I've logged at least 3k miles since
then, including a drive to/from Seans house (an hour north of Atlanta)
all the way from Baton Rouge. Even if my fuel pump dies again, I
probably won't be doing the coke bottle trick since I carry a spare
fuel pump.

Its fuel pump is acting up, but the owner is still able to drive his car a mile at a time by simply refilling the bowl manually from a scale model Coke bottle.
