[DML] Headlight Brackets and Eyebrows

If you remove your headlight brackets, you will notice that there are recesses in the fascia for the raised areas around the low beam adjusting screws to nestle into, but the fascia just rests on the raised areas around the high beam adjusting screws (no recess for them to nestle into). I happen to think this is the root cause of eyebrows -- the brackets and fascia in direct contact with one another directly above the high beams (notice that is where eyebrows almost always occur, not above the low beams).
That is one of the reasons I flipped my brackets upside down. There is absolutely no contact between my fascia and my brackets anywhere now.
