[DML] Ground Junction Behind A/C Duct

If you physically trace the wires out, the only things grounded to the radio bracket are a couple of capacitors and the radio itself. Despite long time DeLorean lore, the instrument cluster is *NOT* grounded via the radio bracket -- it is grounded via the junction behind the A/C duct.
