I think Wayne and I aren't making this clear enough.  It's a community
project supported by Wayne, Roy, Me, the DOA, and anyone else who wants to
be involved.  The DOA is not running it.we just see the value, and want to
help, and think it's a waste of time to argue about what Ed Bernstein did
when he was running the DOA ten years ago, as he has no involvement here in
any regard.

The message Josh just sent would contradict this.. He seems to think it is a
DOA project. If you don't, I suggest you work all of that out before putting
in too much of your valuable time.

Making it a DOA project is perfectly fine, assuming the DOA get's its act
together.
