There ARE more people than who is listed.  Some prefer to remain  silent.  
Every person you stated had some help.  I know I helped three  of them, and 
don't see my name.   NOT an issue, but there are a LOT of  people who help 
and are not, and don't want to be recognized.   It's  all for the common good!
