Randal - Did you by chance use Armorall on the dash before covering it up? I understand from some detailers that I know that it has a definite tendency to turn brown after awhile. They tell me that when you see tires with a brownish tinge to them, it invariably means that Armorall has been applied. As far as a solution to this, I will have to track these guys down and ask them for the old family secret on how to remove this effect from vinyl. I would suggest that some of the high quality vinyl and rubber cleaners might be able to remove this issue. Perhaps 3M?
