File a complaint with the internet Crime Complaint Center. The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA).
I have done this before and have found that these folks really take great pride in putting scammers out of business. They hopefully find them and prosecute them as well.
Does Craiglist not have a way to file a complaint as well?
Good luck,
Lee
