[DML] Installatinn for rear quarter glass?

This is how I think things should go to reinstall glass into my rear quarter panel -  any corrections or tips?

The quarter panel is off the car already,  I'm going to install the glass before it goes back on the car as this seems easier.

I'll lay the panel flat .

Use black RTV to install the air  vent into the rear of the window frame.

Lay a thin bead of RTV around the window opening and install my new rubber trim strip.  Tape it or clamp it till it sets?

Then a slightly larger bead onto the rubber strup and position the glass.

Then rivet in the retaining tabs - but before the second bead of RTV sets, or after?

Advice and tips appreciated.
