Mike,

I bought the Delorean for the time machine with no title.

Because of this I had to get what was called a "bonded" title.

This meant that I would have to post a $300 bond on the title for one 
year.

If no one liened or claimed title to the car, I would then get a clear 
title
after one year.

Every thing went according to plan and I got my title.

BTW you don't get the $300 back.
