[DML] throttle cable and housing

the housing is broken at the bracket on the engine side of the cable 
which is fread with just 2 strands holdingit together.  What is the 
wound  spring housing bracket that the cable connects to.


the next biggest problem is the drivers door will not open the rear 
latch will release but the front latch will not.
