[DML] Weeping tire

One of my wheels appears to have a bead problem. No matter what kind 
of tire I put on the wheel, or how well I clean the bead, within a 
week, the tire is flat.

I've sprayed soap solution on the valve stem and all around the bead 
on each side yet I never see any bubbles.

Suggestions?
