[DML] Removal of Blower Motor Case/Evaporator

I am rebuilding my AC system and have arrived at the point where I need 
to remove the blower motor case to replace the evaporator.  I have 
removed a few screws from the case and it looks like it could be a 
somewhat challenging project.

Does anyone have detailed instructions for removal of the blower motor 
case/evaporator that they would be willing to share?
