This sounds like an over-hyped and possibly misunderstood DMCH frame-up 
restoration.

The VIN is 5609. According to a quick Google, this car was parted out by 
Ken Koncelik in 2003. In my estimation, if it really *is* VIN 5609, the 
only way it could be a fully fledged car again is if it was re-built 
with NOS or new parts.
