yes - or, you could come down off the speaker grill
approx. 1 inch and mount in the fiberglass. Add some
foam to fill the whole. A number of folks have this
as a solution to utilizing front speakers with large
cones...

It's a nice enough looking amp that I would put it in
the center of the back vertical carpet board. If you
want to hide it, you could put it in the bonnet area
too.
